Born 1982 in Sigmaringen; 2003–2010 Masters Degree in Art History, Romance Languages and Literature (Italian) and Modern German Literary Studies at the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg, the Libera Università Maria Ss. Assunta in Rome and the Freie Universität Berlin; 2010–2013 Office Manager in a private research company; since 2011 Translator from Italian to German in film/TV; 2014–2018 doctoral fellow under the directorship of Alessandro Nova at the Kunsthistorisches Institut in Florenz – Max-Planck-Institut; 2017 parental leave; 2018 PhD in Art History from the Freie Universität Berlin ("Studien zu einer Kreuzigung im Louvre. Malerei nach Giotto in Unteritalien und Kunst am Anjou-Hof"); since July 2019 Project Researcher at the DFG-Project Ferdinand Gregorovius: Poetry and Science.
